STEP
1: Register online by completing a User Profile
(this information is used to make your Certificate
of Completion). No payment information is
requested during registration. Once you
register, each time you visit CEUZONE you can login
using your User ID (email address) and Password. If
you don't remember your password, you can request
that we email it to you.
NOTE: User Profile information will
not be provided to any other company or service.
We require this data for continuing education hour
(contact hour) processing and to provide
certificates of completion as required by The
Board of Nursing. We are also required to retain
this information for licensing agency audits.
STEP 2:
Make a selection from the Course
Listing. You may preview limited course content, but
payment information will be
requested before you can view complete course
content.
STEP 3:
Take the course at your
convenience and complete the test to earn your
Contact Hour credit. You can access the test at any
time. You will have two chances to pass the
test (80% to pass). After you complete the test, it
will be graded, and you will receive immediate
confirmation of the test results. If you pass the
test, a cyber certificate will be displayed, and you
can save it to your computer or print it for your
records.
If you prefer a Certificate of Completion be sent
to you from CEUZONE, you can email us at info@ceuzone.com
with your registration name (email address), and the
course and license to be printed on the certificate.
Your online test will be verified and a Certificate
of Completion will be sent to your address on
record. Allow 1 week for delivery.
